Al - Baqarah : 153

وَاسْتَعِينُواْ بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلاَةِ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلاَّ عَلَى الْخَاشِعِينَ

"Make patience and prayers as your helper, and indeed it was so hard, except for those who khusyu’.” (Al-Baqarah: 45)
